There are so many great ways to destress, but a personal favorite of mine is watching movies. There are so many great movies available on different streaming services that are perfect for just relaxing or zoning out. I’ve selected five of my personal favorites to share in the hopes that it may get some people through the next week.

There’s something incredibly reassuring about a British accent--so that's why many of these YouTubers are British. I’d highly recommend these channels (plus any and all Bob Ross videos) for relaxation and/or motivation.
If I’m ever feeling lost, overwhelmed, and/or unmotivated to write a paper, I find that watching other people’s essay crises is oddly helpful. Here are two of my favorite YouTubers with these types of videos:
For trying to fall asleep after a long day of studying, nothing works better for me than ASMR. Here are videos from two of my favorite channels (the guy looks like Thor?!), plus a very weird and hilarious Bubonic Plague-themed one.
I don't know about you, but I always feel stiff after hunching over an exam or laptop for hours. This is the perfect way to stretch out and wind down. Plus, she has a very sweet dog!
